What happens if I stop paying?

Your logbook stays in read-only mode. You can still view, export, and download everything you've logged. Upgrade again anytime to resume logging new flights.

What happens if Northlog shuts down one day?

You can export your data in multiple formats whenever you want, and offline access means your records never depend on our servers staying up. If we ever shut down, we'll give you a migration path and enough notice to use it.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Log flights in the air or on the ground with no connection. Reconnect, and your entries sync across your devices automatically.

Does Northlog automatically record and sync my flights?

Enter a flight on your phone and it shows up on your iPad or the web app in real time, no export or transfer required. Northlog syncs the moment you're connected.

What export formats do you support?

We support PDF exports for EASA FCL.050, FAA, CASA, TCCA, and UK CAA formats, each matching the authority's official layout for submission or audit.

Can I import my existing logbook?

Direct import isn't live yet, but it's on our roadmap. Reach out in the meantime and we'll help you move your data into Northlog.

Which aircraft types are supported?

Search by ICAO type code, model name, or manufacturer. Our database covers thousands of aircraft, from single-engine pistons to large commercial jets.

Which devices does Northlog support?

Northlog runs on iPhone, iPad, and any modern web browser, with Android coming soon. Your data and preferences sync across devices, so you can log from whichever one is in your hand.

What currency does Northlog track?

We track FAA §61.57 (day, night, and IFR recent flight experience) and EASA FCL.060 currency requirements.
